Inception
Growth Engine Labs is deeply rooted in a journey marked by entrepreneurship, strategic innovation, and a relentless drive to empower other founders. My story begins with an early exit from my own startup (after 6 years of grinding), followed by the successful sale of a thriving marketing agency. These milestones were not just career highlights; they were profound learning experiences that shaped my understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by startups.
After stepping away from my startup and agency, I recognized a compelling opportunity to leverage my accumulated knowledge and experiences to make a tangible impact on the startup ecosystem. I had seen firsthand the hurdles that founders encounter—from securing funding and achieving market fit to scaling their operations and exiting successfully. I knew I could help bridge these gaps. Since then, for more than ten years, I have coached, mentored and advised more than 500 founders and their teams.

I launched Growth Engine Labs to provide clear, strategic direction to startups struggling to gain traction. As a Fractional CMO, Interim Growth Executive and frequent Interim VP of Marketing, I've worked closely with founders, coached their teams, and led transformative projects that drastically increased growth and revenue for companies like AnyMeeting, BoostAI, Comm100 and Phunware, culminating in successful exits and funding rounds.
